Return policy

All wigs and bundles are personalised and made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

Returns will not be accepted if the lace has been cut, or if the wig has been worn, styled, or altered in any way from how it was originally delivered.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all product details before placing an order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our non-refundable policy.

• Processing time is 10–20 days before shipping (shipping selected at checkout)

• Hair is made to order: bundles and closures are created by our vendor, then constructed to your selected options

• Durability depends on how often the wig is worn and how well it’s maintained
