Complimentary Wig Installation Policy

We are pleased to offer a complimentary wig installation with every wig purchased through our website. This service is offered as a one-time promotional perk and must be booked in advance, subject to availability.

The free installation applies strictly to the wig purchased from our website and cannot be transferred to another wig, person, or appointment. This service must be redeemed within 7days of receiving your wig unless otherwise agreed.

A booking is required to secure your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, fail to attend your appointment, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, the complimentary installation will be forfeited.

Clients must arrive with clean, dry hair. If additional preparation is required, this may incur an additional fee or may require the appointment to be rescheduled. 

Please note that the complimentary service covers the installation only for NEW and unworn wigs to prevent us from having to make any further adjustments due to previous installs.Your install will be in the style selected on your wig order. This cannot be changed on the day of your install.
