Wig Cap Sizing Tips

• Exact cap size isn’t critical for a good fit

• The elastic band provides the main security for glueless wigs

• Cap size mainly affects comfort, not hold

After Care Tips

• We advise that you wash the wig once a month using conditioner only unless your hair has a heavy amount of grease that may have transferred from your natural hair to your wig, specially for those that sleep in their wigs.

• Avoid Silicon mix at all cost as that can cause permanent damage to your wig.

• For best results leave your hair in conditioner over night.

• Avoid using extreme heat on your hair as the hair can become extremely damaged with split ends like real hair because it is real hair.

• Whilst you still have the option to glue your wig down, we mainly cater to the girl/woman who wants to have a very low maintance experience with her wigs. 
• We do not offer frontals only closures as per product description. 
• All closures are made using HD lace with small knots.
• All wigs come prepplucked with bleached knots for a seamless blend.

• All wigs are handmade with strict quality control

• Processing time is 10–20 days before shipping (shipping selected at checkout)

• Hair is made to order: bundles and closures are created by our vendor, then constructed to your selected options

• Durability depends on how often the wig is worn and how well it’s maintained

Return policy

All wigs are personalised and made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

Returns will not be accepted if the lace has been cut, or if the wig has been worn, styled, or altered in any way from how it was originally delivered.
